I wanted to draw this for awhile and I'm so happy I got to finally do it! :'D 
So most of you know Hexley, 's OC, and hes pretty much Noya's only friend at the moment.(I want her to have more friends tho ;u Though she IS shy, around Hexley shes pretty attached and really likes him; hes a good friend after all! 
I actually came up with a ship name for them that Empty liked xD: Haunted Waters pfft
They're so adorbs I can't stop smiling at the screen omg.
